We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly Hilda, Christian, and the owner, were very accommodating and welcoming. They even picked us up from the airport and offered to show us around this city. The room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The bathroom was also spotless. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and filling. The wifi worked perfectly with no issues. we felt that this hotel provided great value for money.
Cannot find any fault.

The location of the hotel is away from the busy city center, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. the room was spacious and air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the staff tried their best to make guests feel comfortable, with the chef, Miss Betty, providing delicious meals and attentive service. the manager, Mr Henry, was friendly and caring, adding a personal touch to the experience.

The price of the hotel was very affordable for a Christmas trip. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast offered was tasty and filling. The location was close to attractions and easily accessible by taxis.
The location was not ideal and required a taxi to get to the central part of the city, which added to the cost of the trip. The towels provided were not enough for two people and the water temperature in the shower was cold.

The room was conveniently large and clean, and the air conditioning made the heat bearable. the Christmas decorations were festive and made us feel a bit more at home for the holidays. the chef prepared a tasty meal for our Christmas dinner.
The location was far from the city center, and it was difficult to find our way around. the advertised amenities were not available or did not exist, and the breakfast options were limited and overpriced.
